Fantastic door - We are really pleased. Andy was very professional from start to finish, different to other quotes as he actually brought a van with different types of working doors in so you could actually see the quality and options available before making your decision. The guys that arrived to fit it were straight to work from the minute they arrived and finished leaving a very neat install. I’d 100% recommend these guys if you’re looking to upgrade. And the finished product is stunning, really finishes off the driveway.

I had my Roller Garage Door fitted in 2023 and it was first class service all the way through from ordering to fitting and up until now I have had no problems at all.
I had to call Fortress yesterday as it was 5pm and I had a problem with my door and I had an engineer come out to rectify the problem at 9am this morning.
The engineer was excellent, solved the problem quickly, and I even had a follow up call straight after the engineer left to check that I was completely happy, which I was, so I’m leaving this review as a happy customer of a company that provides a top class customer service not just at point of sale but with excellent aftercare which you don’t always get these days.
Please do not hesitate to use this friendly company for yourself as you will get a top quality product and top quality service and aftercare.

I needed a garage door installer which could also quote for the work needed to install a lintel.
Andy of Fortress offered advice & was able to adjust the original order to my preference with no hassle.
He was able to provide the lintel work with his trusted contractors Oliver Mathew Construction on the Monday & Andy’s team installed my electric garage door the next day as agreed.
Both teams were friendly, helpful & workmanship was excellent & both cleared up afterwards.
I needed a one stop service to avoid potential headaches & problems with dealing with separate companies & Fortress did this with a hassle free install.

Had an issue with our electric Roller Garage door fitted by Fortress Doors as it would not open with the remote. Contacted Andy last night who kindly rerouted his guys from their first job this morning to come to ours. They quickly identified it was an electrical supply problem. I expected to pay, as there was no fault with the door, but on thanking Andy for their excellent service he waived any charge. Great service from a great company.

Mark arrived on time, as agreed to convert my electric up and over garage door back to a manual operated door. The conversion took quite a bit longer than estimated but Mark completed the project with a smile. Despite the additional time, I was charged the original quoted amount for the job. From the time we accepted the quote to the completion on installing the garage door, Andy kept us informed of the progress of the door being made and when to expect the installation. Date agreed and the guys arrived and removed old door and installed the new roller door within 3 hrs including cleaning up completely.
