The door took around 4 weeks to come from the day I ordered. When the guys arrived on fitting day, they were done from start to finish in under 2 hours. He arrived in his company van which doubles up as a mobile showroom, and so he was able to show me samples of styles and colours and even show a demonstration video about the product and process. Andy was insightful and friendly, I had plenty of questions and looking back now some of them were probably silly as the answers were obvious, but nothing was too much trouble for Andy and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my queries…… my partner then popped out and Andy was only to happen to answer them all again!!
