He arrived in his company van which doubles up as a mobile showroom, and so he was able to show me samples of styles and colours and even show a demonstration video about the product and process. Andy was insightful and friendly, I had plenty of questions and looking back now some of them were probably silly as the answers were obvious, but nothing was too much trouble for Andy and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my queries…… my partner then popped out and Andy was only to happen to answer them all again!! As the installation date was approaching I had other tradesmen working on my dreiveway and so I asked Andy if he could delay my installation date at short notice, he was happy to accommodate even though I would imagine this was at inconvenience to him. On the day of the installation Andy was prompt, tidy and professional. We now have a wonderful, robust and super smart roller garage door and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Andy and team.

I'm really glad we chose Fortress Doors. Update - I've now added a Somfy hub to my home network which allows me to control my garage door using my Google Smart speakers.
