Fantastic service from start to finish real quality product

Just had my roller door fitted today by Andy’s team. I had a couple of other local firms visit and quote before Fortress Doors, all of which were good and priced well. In the end, it was the details that Andy explained/offered that made me choose them, even though their quote was a little (not much!) more than the others. I particularly liked that they fit their doors with quality controllers/motors from Somfy and amongst so many other things, I knew that Andy was a man of great integrity after he checked with me if I wanted to take my old garage door for scrap, or for them to take it. So many firms will take away scrap without ever asking the customer (I understand most people aren’t bothered), so for Andy to do that, I was very impressed and of course, was totally happy to leave them to take the door away and scrap it for me (thank you!). On the day of installation (today), the guys were friendly, efficient and generally great to have around. Well done Andy, Fortress Doors and the team – you’ve been first class throughout and I’d confidently recommend you to anyone. Thank you!

From the first call to fitted a super company with nothing hidden and all up front. Had the garage door fitted today. Kept up to date before coming with time of arrival, old garage door, and new electric door fitted in no time. The 2 guys that fitted were brilliant and very knowledgeable when I asked a question. Old garage door taken away with all the rubbish. Area left as they found it. I would recommend this company to anyone.
